Scope of project

Year 1: Outsourced recruitment of all trainee and branch management roles nationwide

Year 2: Online processing and outsourcing of all management roles nationwide

 

This recruitment outsourcing project began in with the outsourcing of all trainee and branch management roles.

 

The business was then put out to re-tender at the end of the first year contract with a revised remit; to deliver a fully integrated online process incorporating psychometric testing, online screening, response management and candidate tracking.

 

The contract was won and a totally bespoke process was created and expanded to include all assistant manager roles. The recruitment team handled in excess of 6,000 applications per annum, reduced management turnover by 31% by Year 2 and delivered cost savings in excess of £240,000.
